Where It Started
Founder Mitch Montrose began his career as a broadcast engineer maintaining transmitter sites, studio facilities, and production equipment. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Radio-TV-Film with a minor in Industrial Technology and later worked in the design labs of Mosley Associates in 1985.
After moving to Hollywood, Mitch supervised engineering crews at post-production and transfer houses. Working in environments where systems had to function every day shaped his philosophy: technology must be reliable and easy to use.

Early Growth
